The delaware.gov portal features a spotlight that guides readers to the Delaware Tourism Office Seasonal Photo Contest where they can vote on finalists and help choose a Grand Prize Winner.
Over 500 photos were submitted in four seasonal categories, starting in the fall of 2011. Now, a panel of judges has selected the top finalist in each category and the public is asked to vote for their favorites.
